If your business is hit with a disaster, God forbid,  you need to have a continuity plan.  It does not have to be complicated if you are a small to medium sized business but it does need to be done. 

Sure it will take a few days to sort through all your documents and it requires some planning but what happens if you don't?  All the insurance in the world will not protect you from every disaster.  That business you've built up over the last 5, 10 or 20 years could disappear.  How will you deal with that type of disaster?
