What is a Diagnostic Evaluation?
Synergy has developed process and procedures for finding the best talent. Some companies would rather do it themselves. If you are one of those companies, we use a Diagnostic Evaluation to help identify areas where you will improve your hiring effectiveness. The diagnostic evaluation is a 7 to 10 point assessment of your current processes and procedures as they relate to any number of hiring related subjects.

An example might be to look at your recruitment effort. We would conduct a short survey of effectiveness in 8 separate areas including;

The evaluation process in any one area listed above takes about 1 hour to collect information. Then in a couple of days, we produce an analysis summary and recommendations report. The entire process costs is completed for about 1/2 day of consulting time.
